These terms and conditions apply to the sale of the Near Death Lessons bundle (paperback, ebook, audiobook) via chrisjankulovski.com.
Products
We sell you a bundle offer of Author Chris Jankulovski’s Near Death Lessons book at www.chrisjankulovski.com.
Additional information about the book and its author are maintained on the chrisjankulovski.com website and may be added to at any time.
The author reserves the right at any time to withdraw from the bundle any item or part of an item of content for which it no longer retains the right to publish or which it has reasonable grounds to believe infringes a third party’s copyright or other intellectual property right, or which is defamatory, obscene, unlawful or otherwise objectionable.
Payment
All invoices must be paid upon purchase.
Customers are not liable for any applicable taxes and/or import charges.
The author reserves the right to change the amount payable.
Refund Policy

Email us your refund request at hello@chrisjankulovski.com, along with the proof of purchase within a week after receiving your order/s along with a photo/s of the damaged copy/copies and a photo of the receipt.
If you are submitting a refund request because you did not gain any valuable insight from Near Death Lessons or you were not happy about it in any way at all, email us the reason why you were dissatisfied, along with the proof of purchase at hello@chrisjankulovski.com.
A refund will be issued in two weeks after we have confirmed your eligibility for a refund. We will notify you of your eligibility for a refund via email. You will also be notified via email if the refund has been credited to your account. Your refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
Shipping Information
Please allow us 2-3 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) to process your order/s after we have received it. You will receive an email notification when your order/s have been delivered.
If you haven’t received your order/s after receiving an email notification from us that your order/s have been delivered, send us an email with your name and order and quantity at hello@neardeathlessons.com as soon as possible. We will look into the matter for you.

Copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the Near Death Lessons bundle and the chrisjankulovski.com website shall belong to and continue to belong to the author, and you shall not obtain any such rights or interest in such rights by virtue of purchase or receipt of the Near Death Lessons bundle.
